I always liked mahi mahi. Never would have thought to put dill on it. Gave it a good flavor without adding fatty tartar sauce. The whole family likes this dish. - 3/2/08

Very easy and easy to add different spices. I didn't have dill, but I especially like corriander, cilantro and basil. I will get some dill and try next time - 1/21/09

very tasty, but baking took 30 minutes instead of 15 for the filets, they were 3/4 of an inch thick at the thickest part. - 1/13/09

I'm rating based on what I did. 1 tsp of garlic powder per fillet would of been too much..I used maybe 1/2 tsp for 5 fillets. I also only used 1 Tbsp olive oil for all 5, saved a lot of fat that way. Didn't have dill used fresh basil, rosemary and oregano. Took about 35 min to bake, thick fillets. - 6/25/09

Husband and I loved this. We had it the other night. Since I didn't have every ingredient, I just sprinkled Lemon Pepper on top, wrapped each fillet in foil and tossed on the grill for about the same amount of time. It was yummy - 11/15/08

I am a fish eater, mostly because we usually catch our own. I made it with orange juice instead of lemon juice and really enjoyed it. The dill gives it a nice zing. - 2/18/08

I'm not a fish eater, neither have I ever tried baked fish, but this was very good. I used sole instead of mahi mahi because I know how that fish tastes. Next time I'll use the mahi mahi. - 1/8/08

I made this twice. The first time it was excellent. I used frozen filets that I thawed out in the micro. The only thing I did differently the second time was thaw them out in the sink like the bag says to. It was not nearly as good as the first time. - 1/22/11

OK, and easy, but in my opinion, nothing to write home about. Probably won't make it again. I was surprised after all the rave reviews that to me it was just ok. - 1/30/10

I will try this later in the week. I like that it doesn't not have many ingredients to overpower the fish. You can get frozen mahi mahi at most grocery stores. Thaws out fast. Baked fish dishes are easy to make. - 3/15/08
