Ingredients

    1 med. banana
    4 frozen unsweetened strawberries
    6 oz. fat free yogurt (no sugar added, any flavor)
    1/2 cup orange juice

Directions

mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Can add more juice for less thickness
makes 1 16 oz serving

I personally like key lime pie, but any flavor yogurt you like will work;

    This smoothie was good, but I felt like the orange juice made it very sweet. That is personally not my taste, but my husband really liked it. Makes a great post workout meal if you add some protein powder! - 10/16/08
