I make this for my breakfast - and add a scoop or two of whey protein, depending on what I am doing that am.
I used vanilla yogurt and because I didn't have any OJ, soymilk. Very yummy - no need for added sugar! Perfect for making the night before and then grabbing on my morning commute to the gym!
This smoothie was good, but I felt like the orange juice made it very sweet. That is personally not my taste, but my husband really liked it. Makes a great post workout meal if you add some protein powder!
I added Blue berries & a scoop of Soy Protein Powder to mine!
Great, but I added one scoop of whey protein powder to boost the protein for a meal-replacement
