Ingredients

    1lb chicken breast cut up into strips
    1 cup panko bread crumbs
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp dill weed
    1 tbsp dijion mustard
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl pour olive oil and mustard over chicken and mix until evenly coated.

Then mix bread crumbs, dill, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Add chicken and toss until each chicken piece is coated in bread crumbs.

Arrange chicken strips on a sheet pan in one layer (none touching).

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken hits 170 degrees.

    This was really good! I made it with 1T olive oil and it still had the floury surface to it. I would definitely use the whole amount. It had a nice tangy flavor. I will definitely make it again. - 6/18/08

    Incredible!
    Made this today. I only used 1 T. olive oil, that was plenty. I used 1 cup Italian seasoning and I had more than enough. I think next time I will only use 1/2 cup. It was very good. Will definitely fix again - 9/5/20
