Ingredients

    One 15 oz. can sliced peaches in 100 per cent juice
    One Tablespoon Minute Tapioca
    Splash vanilla or almond flavoring

Tips

For softer peaches, cook peaches some before adding the tapioca, letting it stand, and then bringing back o a boil. (Whipped cream is optional and not included in the calculation.)


Directions

Combine ingredients in a small pan and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Bring mixture to a boil. Pour into three small dessert dishes. Let cool , cover and refrigerate.
