This recipe was a pleasant surprise! I made a few minor changes. As suggested I added a tiny bit of italian seasoning, I also added a tiny bit of garlic salt, four tablespoons of corn starch, and a bit more pepper. Put it on top of chive biscuits, so delicious! - 3/20/11

I use about 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. But you may want more or less depending how thick you like your gravy

    Incredible!
I have made this before, and added ground sage to the turkey, everyone thinks they are eating pork sausage, it kicks the turkey up a notch, without all the fat :) - 1/31/09
