Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb ground venison
    1.5 cup salsa
    3/4 cup light miracle whip
    3oz crushed baked tortilla chips
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 cup shredded, low fat colby jack cheese
    2/3 cup frozen corn kernels

Directions

preheat to 350. Brown meat, drain. Stir in salsa, corn, miracle whip, and chili powder. Place crushed tortilla chips in bottom of 9x13 dish. Layer meat mixture on top of chips. Top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated through. Top with lettuce and chopped tomato if desired.
