    Very Good
I used shrimp instead of crab. Made it a little loose so had to stiffen it with flour. Also added more Old Bay. All in all, this is a great recipe! - 6/3/12

Being born and raised in Baltimore, I just have to say 1 tsp of Old Bay was not near enough for me. I bumped it up to about 1.5 tablespoons. Of course, I'm also the one who uses 1/4 cup of it when I steam shrimp instead of the 1 T most recipes call for. But they were very good and filling. - 3/1/09

I just added one egg and 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs and cut the mayo to just 1 TBS. and they were delightful and I paired them with Sweet Potato fries( sliced yams, sprayed with Pam) and cooked in my toaster oven, Yum & mixed in hot sauce to mayo for a kickin' sauce. Please try.. - 10/13/08

These truly are authentic Maryland Crab Cakes. Very Yummy! Although they are a rare treat as the colarie content is high for the amount of food that is being consumed. These go great with a garden salad and a vinegarette dressing. I actually bake instead of broil to get the eggs cooked properly. - 5/29/08
