Ingredients

    1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)

Directions

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork chops, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160°.

Yield: 4 servings.

    Very good! I prepared mine in my Foreman grill. After the pork was cooked, I sliced it into thin strips, and put it in a whole wheat tortilla along with some green pepper and onion for fajitas. - 8/1/09

    I made this last night. I had marinated it about 24 hours, and cooked it on the George Foreman. My husband and girls didn't like it. I did, but think it may have been better if we had actually grilled it...it may have cooked off more of the marinade. - 1/26/09
