    I came up with 105 calories for this with 2 servings: 1cp strawberries, 6oz low fat strawberry yogurt and 3/4cp of nonfat milk.... - 4/1/09

    Excellent recipe, but not all ingredients are listed in the ingredient list for calorie charting. A common boo-boo because the ingredients need to be posted in two places on the recipe calculator. - 6/2/09

    Very good smoothie.. one of my favorite. Although if you dont feel like making it yourself, all/most places that sell smoothies have a strawberry smoothie. Just be careful of what some places add to the smoothie (Do not reccomend Duncan Donuts). - 7/31/08

    I'm wary of low cal smoothies. Most of the ones that I've seen have the wrong cal count, so I'll make one and measure the cals myself. This sounds really good and I'll give It a try. - 5/14/15
