Introduction
This is really good!! This is really good!!Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1 cup cucumber w/peel
1 cup green peppers sliced
1 cup canned mushrooms
1/2 large onion sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cups sliced carrots
2 cups shredded chicken
6 cups pasta
1-1lb jar Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo
1 cup 1% milk
3 tbsp garlic
Directions
NOTE: Chicken was boiled from the bone, and previously frozen into 1/2 lb servings.
Cook pasta as directed, drain well.
While pasta is cooking, chop and slice up all the vegetables, and set aside. Once pasta is draining, add garlic and vegetables to wok, (or other stick free pan), sprayed with non-fat cooking spray, on medium heat, and let cook for about 15 minutes, stir frequently.
When vegetables are almost done, add chicken, and cook till chicken is warmed, and vegetables are done.
Turn heat very low.
Add pasta, mix up throughly.
Add Ragu, stir well... add milk to remaining of jar, and shake well, then pour milk/ragu mix into pasta mixture, stir well. (adding of the milk helps to make it very creamy without using more than one jar of ragu.)
Keep on low heat till all is warm.
Serve.
