Introduction

Wrapped in Foil & baked it is wonderful. Wrapped in Foil & baked it is wonderful.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 fillet of Walleye or any other mild fish
    Oil
    Parsley
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Onions & Peppers if desired.

Directions

Heat oven to 375 F.
Rinse and dry fillet, then place on a heavy piece of foil & sprinkle on a small amount of oil & 1 Tbls of parsley. (I like butter for the flavor)
Salt & Pepper to taste.
Can add sauteed onions, celery or other peppers as desired.
Wrap foil around fish and seal the edges.
Bake at 375 F. 30 to 40 min, or until done.
Time will depend on the thickness of fillet.

This is quick and simple to prepare but very moist, tender and delicious.
I come from Ontario where we caught Walleye but, it will work with just about any sea food.

It can also be baked on the BBQ.

    Great way to eat fish!!
Quick and easy - no kitchen time required.
My DH & DS love to fish. We have a freezer full of walleyes. DH loves to fry the walleye, I would rather have it baked. This great and much healthier than frying. I also add a little Zesty Italian dressing to my fish.

I can not rate yet, cause I am baking mine now. I only had Pollock, but I love it already. I have done small chicken breasts this way many times and I have added veggies, but did not this time.... don't ask me why though. I usually put a tablespoon of white wine in too, but did not. - 3/29/13
