Ingredients

    2.0 tsp Chili powder
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 dash Salt
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    378.0 gram(s) Hotdog, Applegate, Uncured Beef Hot Dogs (1 hot dog, 42g)
    1.0 cup Hunts 100% natural tomato sauce
    2.0 tbsp Tomato Paste (no sugar)
    2.0 tbsp Worchestershire

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Brown beef and add salt white cooking. Mix all spices in a small bowl along with sauce and paste. Once beef is done drain and set aside. Add hot dogs to the pan and brown. Cool hot dogs and cut in half then slice into 1/2" pieces. In a large bowl combine beef, hot dogs, onions and tomato and spices and spread into 9x13 Pyrex. Top with cheese. Cook 20 minutes. If mixture is too dry, add some water.

Serving Size: 2x3 inch slice

    Did not get the recipe originally from here, but same ingredients, same process, makes about the same quantity. Husband loves this recipe. It's like having a chili dog without the bun. - 10/27/18
