Introduction

This idea comes from a copycat recipe of No Pudge Brownies on RecipeZaar, but it has been changed a bit. If you want something that satisfies a chocolate craving and won't make you feel guilty - this is it. I like a dollop of fat free cool whip on top and I'm in heaven. Ingredients

    1/4 C All Purpose Flour
    1/2 C Whole grain flour
    1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 Tbsp Cornstarch
    3/4 C Sugar
    1/4 tsp Baking soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp ground flax seed
2/3 C Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tbsp Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk (optional)
    1/2 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all the dry ingredients. Mix in the yogurt and soy milk if needed. Batter will be quite thick - that's ok, just work with it a bit or add a little more soy milk. Spread evenly into greased 8x8 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 16 servings

Note - I personally have never tried these with Splenda or Stevia, but I have heard others say that they taste very strange if you do. But if you try and it works let me know!

The other option here is to make up the dry mix and keep it in a plastic bag. When you want a quick warm brownie, mix 2 Tbsp dry mix with 1 Tbsp no fat vanilla yogurt and microwave for 1 minute in a small cup. This way I'm not tempted to eat the whole pan! - 2/22/10

I haven't tasted them yet, still in the oven. However, I did taste - test the batter and oh my its going to be a long 20 minutes! This recipie is great, as I am trying to incorporate flax meal into my diet! - 1/30/11

Very good! I definitely recommend baking 20 minutes to keep it dense and less cakey. I also added a tsp of vanilla. - 1/24/11

    Incredible!
Pet Peeve: people that change the recipe and then rate it.

That being said; I changed the recipe. Sorry, but I had to because I didn't have vanilla yogurt so I used greek yogurt & added vanilla. I also had to add one more tbs milk because greek yogurt is so thick.

    It tasted Incredible!!!
