Ingredients

    12 oz Beef Top Round London Broil
    4 oz Mushrooms, fresh
    1/2 cup Onions, raw
    1/2 Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    2 med, sliced Zucchini
    2 clove Garlic
    2 oz Cream Cheese
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
    3 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

1. Slice the meat and sprinkle with the seasoning, set aside,
3. Slice all the veggies into strips.
4. Now stir the cream cheese and add in the egg, worcestershire, salt and pepper, stir.
6. Add olive oil to a large skillet and saute the onion and garlic, the add the meat and stir, then add the peppers, and mushrooms, stir again and again.
7. Rub the pan with oil or butter
8. Pour the meat and veg mixture into the pan and top with the cheese mix in the bowl. Bake and leave set last 5 minutes with cheese to melt and top with parm.

bake at 350 in a 9 x 9 pan for 15-20 min.

Serving Size: 3 equal portions

    I didn't either, this is the result of taking a recipe that was originally meant for 6 servings, tweaking to make your own and cutting in half. just do the best you can :)
