Introduction

Great for a party, special dinner or when you just want something light. Also perfect on the grill at a cook out. Fast and easy but tons of raves. Great for a party, special dinner or when you just want something light. Also perfect on the grill at a cook out. Fast and easy but tons of raves.

Ingredients

    4 Zucchini cut in half
    1 cup crab meat (real or imitation) diced small
    1 small onion chopped
    parmesan cheese
    seasoned bread crumbs ( about 2 handfulls)
    vegetable flakes

Directions

Slice zucchini in half and scoop out the center. Chop the zucchini you removed and add it to the crab meat, onion , vegetable flakes and grated cheese. Spray frying pan with Pam and saute for a few minutes until onions are soft. turn off heat add bread crumbs, toss and cover for 3 or 4 minutes. Place zucchini "shells" on cookie sheet
coated with Pam and fill mixture. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes.
