2. use a teaspoon and drop into boiling saltwater or soup.

    O.K.
    We were looking for a recipe to make dumplings to go with chicken. It was a little gummy overall and I wouldn't do this with just water but it definitely helped fill out the meal some and was easy to make. - 9/16/11

    I made them using whole wheat flour they were good. I was making chicken and dumplings and needed just a dumpling recipe. I will definitely use it again. - 12/31/08

    i'm going to try this in crock pot with chicken but i wanted to mention the error you made was it suppose to be milk not 2 fl ounces of mile what would 2fl ounces be like 2 tbsp - 12/18/08

    yes. It really doesn't matter how much you put in. Make it the consistancy of cooky dough and you will be find.
