    1.5 tsp. Coffee-mate Non-dairy creamer, Lite
    1.5 tsp. Splenda
    .5 TBS. Nesquik
    8-oz. Coffee

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a mug. Pour-in hot coffee and stir. Makes one serving.

    I made it with less splenda and I used sugar free Hershey's syrup so yayyy less calories. I also made mine iced. I let it cool in the fridge then added ice and yummm - 5/21/13
