Introduction

I used to LOVE ice cream floats when i was little, and this one is awesome, but without most of the sugar and all of the fat! I used to LOVE ice cream floats when i was little, and this one is awesome, but without most of the sugar and all of the fat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/3 cup fat free vanilla ice cream (bonus if you can find sugar free, as well!)
1 12-oz. bottle of your favorite diet soda

Directions

Measure out 1/3 cup of the ice cream and scoop it into the bottom of a pint glass (or other large glass)

Tilt the glass and SLOWLY add the diet soda. You HAVE to pour it slowly, or else it will foam everywhere and make a huge mess.

I find this to be a really satisfying end to a meal. It takes care of my sweet tooth without too many calories.

I don't eat fake sugar, but I often have orange seltzer with fat free vanilla frozen yogurt (creamsicle!), or vanilla seltzer with other flavors of yogurt. Yum! - 9/7/08
