2 tbsp. Sweet Relish
2 tsp. yellow mustard
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Hard boil 8 eggs.
Allow them to cool.
Peel the eggs and chop eggs until they finely chopped.
Add the other ingredients and stir.
Serve on lite bread for a great sandwich.
