    Very Good
This was good but I tweaked it with some ground Thai chili powder, and used shredded coconut, sweetened along with using coconut milk as sub for milk. - 11/23/17

    Very Good
My husband was impressed--he's already asked me to make it again! I'm not used to a "sweet" tasting fish...but it was good. I cooked it a bit longer so it "crisped" up. Very good. Thanks! - 3/17/09
