Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. granulated sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix ingredients together until smooth. Drop on an ungreased cookie sheet pressing down with a fork or the bottom of a glass. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8-12 minutes depending on size

You can adjust the amount of sugar to taste - I have made them with 1 cup of sugar and they were too sweet for my family. I have also made them with 1/4 cup of sugar and the tasted good but they were a little crumbly.

Makes 2-3 dozen cookies

    O.K.
I have to admit I didn't really like these cookies. Maybe it's because they weren't sweet enough or that they didn't seem like much of a cookie without the flour. However, they looked good with the crisscross designs pressed into them. - 5/16/11

    Good
They are super easy and a great sweet tooth fix, they burn easily in my oven though and I had to just do them for 4 and half minutes each batch. - 9/25/09
