These are the only potato type dish that I'll eat besides mashed. I add a little more garlic though because I love the flavor of it so much. - 10/11/08

Made this when I needed a simple side and my family scarfed it down and then asked me to make it again a few days later. I have used different seasonings each time and they always come out delicious! - 3/30/11

I've been making something similar in a skillet with red potatoes, and it always gets rave reviews. Excellent recipe--so easy to make, so easy to switch out the spices to what is preferred--awesome. :-D - 10/10/10

Really good! I wasn't sure how many potato cubes were in a quart, so I just cubed one potato and guessed for all the spices. This recipe was so easy! It's probably the first thing I've cooked that I haven't burned :-) I also added thyme and it was really great. Thanks so much! - 2/24/10

Good recipe. We make a similar one with the same ingredients, except a little more garlic and the addition of dry mustard. Family favorite for sure. - 6/10/09
