Ingredients

-Nestle Swirled Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter Morsels (1 bag)
-Fiber One Original Brand Cereal (1 box)
-Cupcake Liners (24 cups) or Wax Paper

Directions

Heat the entire bag of Nestle Swirled Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter Morsels (or any flavor of chocolate chips that you like) in the microwave until melted (approximately 2-5 minutes). Once the morsels are melted, add half of the box of Fiber One Original Brand Cereal. Mix until the cereal is well coated with the morsels. In a muffin tin (or two), place cupcake liners in each cup. Spoon the mixture of morsels and Fiber One evenly into 24 cupcake liners and place into the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the mixture to become firm. One chilled, enjoy! Store the haystacks in an airtight container in the refrigerator to avoid melting.

These were great!! The kids (and I) loved them! We used 1/2 the box of cereal though, not *1 box* recommended in ingredients list--maybe that was a typo? - 8/15/10

Doesn't sound healthy to me! Looks just like a glorified cookie made from cereal, like those rice krispie teats! Don't know the chemical composition of the cereal other than starch, then the chocolate is sugar. Starch and sugar spikes your blood sugar. Good way to break your diet. - 8/26/13
