Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups Flour
    2 1/3 cups Quick or Old Fashioned Oats
    1 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    3 1/2 sticks Butter, softened
    1 3/4 cups Sugar
    1 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
    1 can Pumpkin
    2 Eggs
    1 3/4 tsp Vanilla
    2 cups Chocolate Chips

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Makes 120 small cookies.

    they were good. Way too much butter for my personal preferance. Replaced the butter with apple sauce instead. Still very moist but also very chewy - 11/6/10

    made these cookies twice.melt in your mouth,moist! i have added everything from peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips,toffee bits, toasted almonds, black walnuts, great in any combination, alsoadded 1 tsp ginger, and 1 tsp nutmeg, to make original pumpkin pie taste...indescribbubbly delish. thank - 12/13/09

    Incredible!
    I was instructed to bring dessert to the Thanksgiving Meal that was catered at church today. I made these cookies, having stumbled upon the recipe. I am so glad that I chose it. One guy at church said he had NEVER had a better cookie and he owns a restaurant! The caterer asked for the recipe! - 11/23/08
