Ingredients

    1.5 to 2 lbs lean round steak
    1 can no salt added Money's Mushrooms
    1 can (19 fl oz) diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup salsa
    1 onion (medium)
    1-2 red peppers

Directions

6 servings
cut steaks into strips
chop up onion and slice up red peppers
throw all ingredients into slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.

serve over rice or mashed potatoes (not included in nutritional values)

    I didn't have onion soup mix so I just added onion powder and garlic. I also put baby carrots and fresh onion in it and seasoned it with pepper. I served it over rice. I would like to give it a little more kick but my 7 year old girl ate THREE HELPINGS! I've never seen her eat so much!! Thanks! - 11/20/10
