Just a suggestion but if you use Greek yogurt instead you can bump the protein from 5.6 to 14+. I did a makeover on this recipe with Greek yogurt and it was over 14G of protein. Being a vegetarian I try to get my protein in where I can and that quick swap really helps. - 9/11/16

This is super fast, super easy and SCRUMPTIOUS! On a hot day, wow, drinking it is as good as it gets. I fix it all the time now. Tried it with peaches; still like the strawberry. (I use all strawberries in mine.) - 9/6/14
