Ingredients

    1 14 0z can Artichoke Hearts in Water
    1 frozen box of Spinach (thawed)
    1/2 cup low fat Mayo
    1/2 cup Low fat Sour Cream
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Chop artichoke hearts. Mix all remaining ingrediants and cook at 375 for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly on the edges
