Introduction

My mom makes this all the time. My kids love it and so does everyone else I've served it to. My mom makes this all the time. My kids love it and so does everyone else I've served it to.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3-5 lbs Deer Meat
    1 Family Size Can Mushroom Soup
    2 12oz cans Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    6 Cups Mashed Potatos
    3 Cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese

Directions

Pre-hear oven to 375
Prepare all ingriedients prior to baking. Start by browning deer meat in skillet. Once meat is brown, cover bottom of 13x9 baking dish pour mushroom soup over meat. Next drain liquid from corn (may use any vegetable...green beans are good also) and pour over meat and mushroom soup. Prepare mashed potatos (may use instant). Once potatos are prepared, pour over meat, soup and vegetables. Pour shredded cheese over all ingredients and put in oven.

Bake covered for 10 minutes, remove from oven. Let stand for 5-10 minutes and serve. Makes 12 servings.

    i have made this too but didnt use the soup i will have to try that nxt time i have heard to add onions for xtra flavor or mixed vegetables for variety - 1/8/09

    You can use any meat you like. My kids just prefer the deer meat. You can also substitute the vegetable you use as well.
