I made this with skim milk also, and got 7 1-Cup servings (118 calories each), it's delicious! I also froze a serving for about a 1/2 hr and then stirred it up with some sliced strawberries and bananas, what a great dessert! - 6/29/09

This was delicious!! It satisfied my chocolate craving and was so quick and easy. I didn't think sugar free/fat free pudding would be so good. I had fat free milk on hand so I used that. Definitely a keeper!! - 1/27/13

I was just going to make this, when I decided to double-check the calories. My calculation for 1/12 of this dessert as is, is 92 calories per serving. Hmmm? - 3/22/12

Wonderful idea! I used skim milk and the dessert was very rich and hit the spot (I was craving chocolate). If you eat the recommended 1/12 serving size, it is more than enough. Very rich & very good! - 1/11/10

just picked up the pudding but they did not have the fat free cool whip so I had to get some low fat cool whip instead. I only use fat free / skim milk so I will be using that in place of the 2% milk. Can't wait to try this out. Thanks for Sharing - 4/2/17

While I love chocolate moussemilk, I can not make this as I do not consume low-fat or fat-free dairy products. I also do not consume sugar-free products and I would not touch Cool Whip with a ten foot pole. Hydrogenated fats and HFCS - yuck! - 2/20/14

Is there a way to make a whole batch and then save it for the week? Meaning, would you keep it in the freezer or refrigerator? - 6/8/12

Aussie friend: Never been down under, do your markets have a diabetic section? You may check there. If the instant pudding is not fat free, you can adjust my using skim milk instead of 2%. Also, a website sells hi protein low sugar pudding products in single serving sizes @ www.diethighprotein. - 4/1/11

Thank you so much for this recipe! I used two boxes of regular package pudding, skim milk, lite cool whip and added some shavings of dark chocolate. It came out so creamy and tasty...and still under 100 cals a serving! - 3/20/11

My mother used to make this and put it in a pre-baked pie crust. She took the cool whip and saved 1/3 of it, spread it on top and sprinkled with chocolate curls...what a beautiful looking pie and how awesome tasting! - 1/24/10

Anyone from Australia know if we have anything equal to Jello- pudding mixes? Also what could I use instead of fat free cool whip? So many of these wonderful recipes use ingredients us Aussies just can't get our hands on. Compared with the USA we have little variety :( - 1/14/10
