Ingredients

    1 lb baby carrots
    1 T butter
    1 T brown sugar, packed

Directions

Place carrots into salted boiling water and boil for 8-10 minutes or until soft. Drain and remove carrots. In same dish, melt 1 T butter and add brown sugar. When mixed, add carrots and coat. Warm together for 2-3 minutes and serve.

    Very Good
    I don't usually eat carrots but decided to try some new recipes. These were actually good. I will definately fix this again. - 9/10/09

    These really didn't taste like anything but regular carrots - not even enough butter to make them wet. - 1/29/09
