Introduction

I eat this when I'm having a craving for something satisfying, creamy, and sweet. Great way to curb your craving for cheesecake! The ricotta cheese is already a sweet cheese and has a great texture. This is a light, low fat, tasty, and best of all-quick to prepare snack or dessert. I eat this when I'm having a craving for something satisfying, creamy, and sweet. Ingredients

    Cinnamon
    Splenda
Low Fat or Part Skim (whatever the store has; I have found that many stores only carry the 'Part Skim' cheese)

Directions

Mix all three ingredients together, making sure that is well mixed. This recipe makes for 4 serving sizes. Adding some fruit to this would make for a filling and flavorful snack or dessert. *Please note that the amount of Splenda is my preference; Feel free to add or take away from the amount.

This is very yummy. My husband who isn't a big fan of ricotta liked this. For thoses who need a excat measurement. 1 serving, 3 oz fat free ricotta, 1 pack of Splenda and 1 tsp of cinnamon seemed to do the trick. 87 calories. - 4/9/13

    Your idea has many variations
I had vanilla essence, or a small amount of low fat hot chocolate powder or almond essence and a few variations or fresh or frozen berrries etc. It is very satisfying. I use it if I am still hungry after dinner. I use a very small bowl too.

    Incredible!
Much better than I expected! I mixed a little cherry jam and cinnamon into the ricotta and it was a delicious combination. Didn't need any sweeteners. So quick and easy when you want a snack. - 6/4/16

    Good
I have used this recipe with the S. Beach Diet. Being very hungry at the end of the day it tasted great. I used Stevia instead of splenda. I don't like Splenda. - 4/2/10
