Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 egg
    1 can pumpkin (16 oz)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 c mini chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, and pour into lined or greased muffin pan. Batter will be quite thick. Bake for 18 minutes. Makes 24 muffins (3 WW points each)

    My whole family loved this. DH and kids (8 yrs. and 2 yrs.) both gobbled them right up and wanted more.

    These will be a new standby.

    The recipe didn't say how high to fill the cups, though, so I only got 19 muffins which changes the nutrition info slightly. (I filled tins about 3/4 full)
