This was great! I used Worcestershire sauce instead of the Soy Sauce (cuz I didn't have any). It was very tasty. Hubby loved it! - 12/2/07

This had a nice taste to it & was a good variation from typical pork recipies. My family approved :) I did add a bit more flour to thicken up the sauce...but it turned out great! Thank you! - 2/20/09

I have to admit, I wasn't sure about this (and even hid the ingredients from the family) but it was certainly a hit. I used olive oil too and didn't have rosemary on hand, but it was very good and very easy to make. - 1/8/08

Super easy and very good. I rubbed the pork with pepper, rosemary, and sage (no salt), and put it in the fridge for an hour before cooking. I also replaced the sugar with honey. I served it with brown rice. Next time, I'll add a bit more flour (the sauce was thin), and maybe a bit less soy sauce. - 4/20/08

Quick, easy and had all of the ingredients on hand. The sauce was very tasty. I thickened it with flour so I could use it on the meat. - 10/15/07

This was so easy, using ingredients most cooks have. The chops were tender and flavorful. We used the sauce over spaetzle (german noodles).

This is a quick, yummy recipe! I recommend serving with mashed potatoes so you can also enjoy the gravy that you end up with after simmering. - 3/17/07
