    Very Good

Very good and easy to make! My only tip is to make sure you have your chicken precooked and your onions and peanuts prechopped. I think I overcooked the cabage mixture as I was still chopping. - 6/28/12

Tasted great! Everyone loved it. I didn't have any peanuts so I substituted pine nuts instead. Will make this again! - 1/21/11

I can hardly wait to try these with some of my homemade nuoc mam that I keep as a staple in my fridge. That's the dipping sauce that is so great with Vietnamese egg rolls, either spring rolls or the deep fried (oops--the latter should not be in Sparks' vocabulary). - 7/4/10

This sounds really good but I am confused on the serving size. It says to use 10 pieces of lettuce but it says Servings Per Recipe: 4. My question is how many pieces of lettuce do you use per wrap? - 5/11/10

Thanks! So glad you liked it - I got it from cooking light magazine. You can also mix up some soy sauce and some sambal oelek (ground chile paste) for a spicy sauce to add to it. You should try the tex mex calzone recipe I just submitted. It is so easy and is my new favorite thing! Thanks again
