Introduction
This is a recipe that my mom always made while I was growing up. It's become one of my favorite comfort foods.Sorry Mom! I changed the recipe a little with low fat cream of mushroom and reduced fat sour cream.
This recipe comes out pretty thick, so feel free to add some milk if you'd like. This is a recipe that my mom always made while I was growing up. It's become one of my favorite comfort foods.

Was pretty good. A little thick though, and maybe a littlle too much sour cream. I'll make it again and maybe use 1/2 the sour cream and add a little milk. - 3/18/09

Maybe I should add on there that it is pretty thick. I love it thick, but I shouldn't expect everyone else too... :) Oh, and I also changed it to 2 cans cream of mushroom. I was guessing measurements when adding it here, but when I made it I did use more than one can. Thanks for the comment! :)
