Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 Tsp dried oregano

Directions

Mix together lemon juice, garlic, canola oil, brown sugar and oregano. Place chicken in large freezer bag and pour in marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Grill or broil chicken breast until juices run clear.
