Introduction

Made with honey instead of sugar.
Non fat Dry milk is also used to add flavor and not fat.

Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    1/4 cup honey
    1 Cup warm water
    1 pkg env Yeast
    1/3 cup non fat dry milk
    1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
    2 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    4 1/2 cups flour
    cooking spray

Directions

dissolve honey and yeast in warm water.
stand until foamy. Stir in Powder milk, butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually add in flour. Knead 8 minutes.

If using a Kitchen-aid mixer, dump in all ingredients and let machine mix on low-2 until well kneaded.

Rise until doubled, punch down and rise again 30 minutes. Shape into rolls and let rise 30 minutes before baking.

Bake 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.

I make 35 round rolls on my baking sheet.
7 rows with 5 rolls in each row.
Each roll will be about 1 ounce each.
