Ingredients

    6 oz whole wheat fettuccine, uncooked
    1 cup broccoli flowerets
    1 tsp light butter
    6 oz boneless chicken breast halves cut into cubes
    1 can (10.75 oz) 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. Add broccoli the last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain wel. In skillet over medium high melt butter, add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Stir in soup, milk, cheese and fettuccine mixture and cook thoroughly. Stir occasionally.

    Very Good.... I will make this again and try it with Shrimp in lieu of chicken. This is one dish I did not toss out any left overs .... and my husband loved it !! - 4/7/09
