Ingredients

    2 ripe bananas chilled
    1 cup frozen unsweetene whole strawberries
    1 8oz carton of vanilla low fat yogurt
    1 cup nonfat milk

Directions

Cut up bananas and place everything into the blender. Blend till smooth. Makes 4 8oz glasses. Each serving is 8 oz
