Wow!! I am making some meals and freezing them in portions. This recipe makes a lot and I was a little worried that I would not really like it and be stuck eating it. Well, I was Wrong!!! It is delicious and I can't wait to have my lunch when it's Taco Soup day. - 8/27/07

This was very good. I added fresh onion and green peppers, homemade Mexican tomatoes (two quarts), Randall's beans and summer squash (since we have so many!). Husband and son both liked it. - 9/6/07

    Incredible!
This was great! I loved it, my kids loved it, and it was easy to make my husband's burittos from the same meat-I just browned all the meat, and then portioned out some for him, and put the remaining in for us. Very easy to make! - 8/21/07

I kind of make this recipe. I only use two cans of pintos instead of different types of bean. I also add a can of stewed tomatoes and a can of milder rotel tomatoes. I also put in a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch ranch dressing mix. - 8/15/07
