Ingredients

    15 oreos
    1TBLS butter, melted
    1tsp sugar

    2 blocks low fat cream cheese
    2 blocks fat free cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup chocolate chips
    1/4 cup plus 1 TBLS reduced fat creamy peanut butter

Directions

Put oreos in food processor and grind to crumbs
Add melted butter and sugar and pulse about five times until crumbly.
Spray a 9in springform pan with non-stick spray.
Pour crust mixture into pan and press evenly and firmly to bottom.

beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
add eggs and sub one egg at a time
add vanilla extract
stir in chocolate chips
drop PB by the table spoon and stir in with a whisk.
Pour mixture into pan


Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour or until center of cheesecake barely jiggles when the pan is lightly shook.
