I added cinnamon and vanilla, and used almond milk and brown sugar instead of buttermilk and granulated sugar. They're still in the oven, but the batter tasted fantastic. - 6/30/15

used raisen bran crunch w/almonds,replacing the oil w/applesauce, added some blueberries, someflower seeds, replaced sugar w/part stevia blend, part brown sugar, and wheat (1.5) and white unbleached (1) and added baking powder. Wish me luck! they are cooking now - 4/12/13

I used whole wheat pastry flour instead of all purpose and almond milk instead of buttermilk since that way what I had at home. I also threw in a banana I needed to use up and cut the oil in half. They turned out great. I tried some fresh out of the oven and then froze the rest. - 10/17/11
