Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I added cinnamon and vanilla, and used almond milk and brown sugar instead of buttermilk and granulated sugar. They're still in the oven, but the batter tasted fantastic.
used raisen bran crunch w/almonds,replacing the oil w/applesauce, added some blueberries, someflower seeds, replaced sugar w/part stevia blend, part brown sugar, and wheat (1.5) and white unbleached (1) and added baking powder. Wish me luck! they are cooking now
Great recipe. I used whole wheat flour and substituted 1/2 the butter and all the water for prune juice and reduced the sugar a bit.
This recipe is a keeper! I omitted the salt and added 1/2 cup of raisins. Very moist and sweet!
