I actually use this as a dip for strawberries - leaving out the cookies. IF you have ever done WW - this is only like 2 points per serving. It's awesome but makes a ton. I bought little containers specifically for this!! - 5/27/09

Very tasty and easy to make. I keep leftovers in a freezer bag. I've served this twice for people and they loved it. The reduced fat Nilla wafers don't get soggy, btw. I also dusted the tops with a little cocoa- super pretty. - 6/4/09

i am going to get lemon pudding, and use crumbled dark choc. wafers as a light dusting at the bottom of the muffin paper cup. i dont want any kind of cookie thing that will taste soggy i guess i am saying. IF the graham crackers or fat free nilla wafers dont get soggy as a crust, please advise! - 6/3/09
