    Incredible!
I used 20 oz. 93/7 ground turkey and 1/4 cup egg beaters. I chopped 1/2 an onion and some (6) mushrooms for moisture. Instead of italian seasoning, I added 1 tsp marjoram. Also topped with ketchup. Made 12 "cupcakes" baked for 30 minutes. I freeze 6 for a future meal. My husband loves them! - 9/15/13

I tend to think of turkey as kind of dry, so I add some moisture with shredded zucchini. Kids made it... Easy to make and filling. - 6/21/12

Making these right now and the house smells yummy!!! I'm gonna put a little bit of marinara and grated parmesan on the top and broil for the last few minutes...can't wait to eat! - 10/9/11

Awesome recipe! I added pepper and chopped onion instead of minced onion! Tasted great in the mini-muffins! - 5/19/11

We made these last night and they were delicious! I left out the sauce in the mix and diced up one very small onion instead. I topped with marinara sauce and baked. They turned out awesome! Definitely will be making these often in my house! They're so quick and easy! - 11/3/10

I made this recipe for the first time, used basil/oregano/parsley and even some parmesan cheese for the "Italian seasoning". I also added half a packet of beef boullion and some salt/pepper. The mini-loaves were FABULOUS. My family not only loved the flavor, but the idea of mini-loaves was a big hit - 6/11/09

Glad you like it! I always have two, too - one is never enough - but still, 2 servings is still not a ton of calories!!
