Introduction

Delicious breakfast or snack-high protein!! Delicious breakfast or snack-high protein!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    1 (med) banana
    2 cup skim milk
1 cup plain or vanilla fat free yogurt
2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    2 packets Equal

Directions

Add all ingredients in blender and blend! ( Note: I have burnt out a few blenders making smoothies..I have found that if you are using frozen fruit, let it sit in the milk for 5-10 minutes so it can thaw before blending..much easier on your blender!) Makes 4- 14 oz servings..Have one for breakfast, and one for a snack!

A little high in sugars, I leave out the sweetener and add some kale or spinach for extra nutrition and an unusual color. - 5/23/20

I understand about the frozen fruit it is very hard on blenders! So I use canned pineapples & fresh fruit it works just fine. If you don't have yogurt you can substitute fat free cottage cheese & out some vanilla extract to taste! Enjoy! - 12/16/17

This was perfect, because I just bought some fresh pineapple, mango, bananas and yogurt 2 days ago. I love the natural sweetness from the fresh. I didn't use and sweetener. - 5/31/17
