Introduction

I came up with this recipe to avoid the processed sauces and to have something always ready in the freezer. The wine is not required but it gives a nice depth to the flavor. sounds good, but would be nice if to know how big a serving size is and it also seems to include way too much salt per serving. - 1/25/10

    Incredible!
Delicious but NEVER use canned mushrooms. Saute with EVOO for added healthy fat and no salt. I found any full red wine works well - 1/31/11
