Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    One 6-ounce can tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
    1/2 cup finely chopped sweet bell pepper (red, orange, yellow or any combination)
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/3 cup Kraft light miracle whip
    2 tsp honey mustard
    1 tsp sweet relish

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine miracle whip, honey mustard and relish. Mix well, then stir in tuna.

Fold in all of the veggies. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Makes 2 servings.

    Wow - this is really good. I love all of the crunchy vegies in here. I have a hard time getting enough vegies in my day and this makes it easier. I will be making this again. - 2/10/10
