Introduction

Found this recipe in a "Just 4 ingredients" book, and I enjoyed it. I just altered it a little to make it easier. Found this recipe in a "Just 4 ingredients" book, and I enjoyed it. I just altered it a little to make it easier.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4T Lemon Juice
    2 cloves of garlic (or more depending on taste)
    14.5oz spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)

Directions

Mix together EVOO and lemon juice. Press garlic and add to mix. Refrigerate.

Cook spaghetti or pasta as instructed on box. Drain and return to pot.

Pour mixture over pasta and toss over medium to high heat.

Serve immediately. May serve in warmed bowls.

Makes 6 servings.

    I guess I should've included that the spaghetti I used for this recipe was Ronzoni Smart Taste, which has fiber and calcium in it. Sorry about that.

    Capital T is for Tablespoon. Lowercase t would be for teaspoon.
